  • Can I ride with the HIKIN' RIG on my snowboard?
    Yes! The HIKIN' RIG was designed to remain on your snowboard while you ride! However, riding with the HIKIN' RIG requires it to be properly mounted to your snowboard. See our How-To page for instructions.
  • Can I use the HIKIN' RIG if I cannot properly mount it on my snowboard?
    No! Do NOT use the HIKIN' RIG unless it can be properly mounted on your snowboard! (See our How-To page for proper mounting instructions) It is a violation of our Terms of Use to use the HIKIN' RIG on a snowboard if the HIKIN' RIG cannot be properly mounted on the snowboard.
  • Do I need to modify my snowboard/bindings to use the HIKIN' RIG?
    Nope! The HIKIN' RIG was designed to work without requiring any modification to your snowboard or bindings! See our How-To page to see how to properly mount the HIKIN' RIG to your snowboard.
  • How do I know if the HIKIN' RIG will fit my snowboard?
    The HIKIN' RIG has an easily adjustable length that should work with most snowboard binding layouts. The length can be adjusted from 12" to 25" The length can be adjusted quickly and easily using the quick-adjust buckle. See our How-To page to see how the length can be adjusted.
  • Does the HIKIN' RIG work on large heavy snowboards?
    Yes! The HIKIN' RIG was designed with tough, durable, high-strength materials so it should be able to hold snowboards of any size.
  • Does the HIKIN' RIG work on a child's snowboard?
    It depends. The HIKIN' RIG was primarily designed to be used on snowboards appropriate for teens to adults. The length of the HIKIN' RIG can be adjusted down to 12" which might work for some children's snowboards. Please email us with a special request and we can provide a HIKIN' RIG appropriate for a child's snowboard.
  • Does the HIKIN' RIG work on "Flow" snowboard bindings?
    (Note, most people do not have "Flow" bindings) The HIKIN' RIG can potentially be mounted on some "Flow" snowboard bindings but we have not tested it on this type of snowboard binding. Therefore, only use the HIKIN' RIG with "Flow" bindings if the HIKIN' RIG can be properly mounted, as outlined by the instructions on our How-To page. Please contact us for a refund if you have "Flow" bindings and determine that the HIKIN' RIG cannot be properly mounted. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to use the HIKIN' RIG on a snowboard if the HIKIN' RIG cannot be properly mounted on the snowboard. Note: If the HIKIN' RIG has been used or shows clear wear then we may provide store credit or no refund.
  • Is the HIKIN' RIG made in the USA?
    Yes! Every HIKIN' RIG is made in the United States. We also buy our materials from US companies. Although manufacturing in the US is more expensive, we feel that we can better ensure quality and consistency by working with US companies because we can access/work with them more directly.
  • Are the neck gaiters made in the USA?
    Yes! Every neck gaiter is made in the United States. We also buy our materials from US companies. Although manufacturing in the US is more expensive, we feel that we can better ensure quality and consistency by working with US companies because we can access/work with them more directly.
  • Can I lock my HIKIN' RIG to my snowboard using my wire lock?
    Yes. You can lock your HIKIN' RIG to your snowboard with a wire lock by looping the wire lock through the metal d-ring on the HIKIN' RIG.
  • Can I request a custom color combination for my HIKIN' RIG?
    Yes! Please email us directly if you would like a custom color combination for your HIKIN' RIG and we will work with you to try to get it made. Note: We do have a relatively wide selection of colors available for custom orders but we cannot guarantee we'll have all the colors you want.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you accept payment information over the phone?
    No, generally speaking we do not accept payment information over the phone for purchasing. This policy helps provide more security to our customers since we do not have direct access to a customer's financial information. However, our online store accepts most major credit cards and PayPal, and uses a secure payment system to safeguard customer information.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    The shipping rates and times depend on the type/number of items and the delivery location. This information will be clearly provided before final check-out.   • Do you ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO)?
    Yes! We do ship to military addresses such as the Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO).
  • What shipping rates apply to a military address shipment (APO, FPO, and DPO)?
    Domestic shipping rates will be applied when shipping items to a military address (APO, FPO, or DPO) even if the location is outside the United States. Note, customs information will be provided in your shipment if your item(s) is(are) going to a location outside the United States in order to adhere to customs regulations associated with shipping to an international destination.
  • What is your return policy?
    30-day money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with our product you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping and handling (with proof of purchase). 6-month replacement guarantee: If the product is damaged or defective you can have it replaced within 6 months of the purchase date for a replacement less shipping and handling (with proof of purchase).   • How do I request a refund or replacement?
    To request a refund or replacement of your purchase, please contact us via our web submission form, via email at RIGZgear@gmail.com, or via phone at (669) 777-6827. We will reply as quickly as possible to assist you with your request. Refunds, less shipping and handling, will be associated with the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. A shipping label can be created by the customer or can be provided by RIGZ Snowboard Gear.
