SNOWBOARDING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. USE OF A SNOWBOARD WITH THE HIKIN' RIG INSTALLED MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING CATASTROPHIC INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSUME THESE RISKS, DO NOT BUY OR INSTALL THE HIKIN' RIG ON A SNOWBOARD AND DO NOT USE A SNOWBOARD WITH THE HIKIN' RIG INSTALLED.

 

TERMS OF USE
USE OF THE HIKIN' RIG PRODUCT SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONTRACT.

 

Before utilizing the HIKIN’ RIG make sure it has been installed properly. Instructions on proper installation are available on our website (https://www.rigzsnowboardgear.com/how-to). DO NOT USE THE HIKIN’ RIG unless it has been properly installed on your snowboard.

 

The HIKIN’ RIG is designed to be used as a snowboard carrying strap, and using the HIKIN’ RIG for any other purpose should be avoided.  Improper use of the HIKIN’ RIG could result in injury, death, or property damage.

 

You agree that this contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maryland and that all disputes and or lawsuits under this contract and/or arising from use of the HIKIN' RIG shall be litigated exclusively in the Distinct Court of the State of Maryland, county of Montgomery, or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
